We have a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all items except for Fabric Hair Accessories which are strictly Non Returnable due to hygiene reasons. Also Earrings, Body Jewellery, Hair Combs and Tiaras are sent in the Clear Sealed Packets inside the gift box/packaging, these items can only be returned if they are still sealed and not opened, if you break the seal for any reason then the item strictly cannot be returned due to Hygiene reasons.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return it back to us within 7 days of receiving your returns number. All Returns must be in the brand New unused condition complete with all the original packaging including gift boxes and bags. Once we receive the return we will issue a refund of the purchase price or send the replacement.
