We accept most major credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal, if you are a PayPal account holder.

3D Secure

We are also enrolled in the 3D Secure initiative

 

3D Secure is a culmination of Verified by Visa (VbV) and MasterCard Secure Code (MSC). It is the latest fraud prevention initiative launched by card schemes as a more secure method for authenticating the shopper at the time of the transaction.

3D Secure is initiated on this Web site and interacts with both the cardholder and their card issuer. When a customer checks out, an in-line window appears asking them to enter a unique, personal code that has been registered with their bank. The bank then authenticates the cardholder and provides the electronic retailer evidence of the online purchase. It sounds pretty simple—and it is. Most of all, it’s extremely effective.

Transaction Security

Sage Pay securely processes our credit and debit card payments.  SAGE PAY is the UK's largest independent payment service provider, processing millions of secure payments every month.

All Transactions are processed via a secure server using an encrypted connection. We use the latest 256 bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, which ensures that any communications between your computer and our servers is secure and protected.

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorisation by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. 

We do not store any sensitive card information.

Telephone Order

We accept telephone orders. 

Orders that are accepted over the telephone will have to be shipped to the registered bill payers address only. We cannot send telephone orders to alternate shipping addresses. We apply this extra level of security on telephone orders to ensure our customers are protected against fraud.
