Returns Policy
Our return policy at Acosta Jewellery.
We have a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee on all items except for Earrings and Body Jewellery which are Non refundable unless they are faulty this is due to hygiene reasons.
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return it back to us within 14 days of receipt in its brand new unused condition complete with all the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that both the initial and the return postage is non refundable and we advise that you use Recorded Delivery services, we are not responsible for lost returns and cannot accept proof of postage.
To return an item simply email us with a brief description of why the item is being returned along with your order number and we will issue you with a returns number.

Damaged Items
We check all our items before dispatch and package them well to avoid any damages to our jewellery during transit but if this should happen than please contact us via email at returns@acostajewellery.co.uk or by phone within 48 hours of delivery to report any damages. Our customer service team will promptly replace or refund your item once we have received it back.
