Returns Policy

We have a 14 day no quibble money back guarantee on all items except for Fabric Hair Accessories which are strictly Non Returnable due to hygiene reasons. Also Earrings, Body Jewellery, Hair Combs and Tiaras are sent in the Clear Sealed Packets inside the gift box/packaging, these items can only be returned if they are still sealed and not opened, if you break the seal for any reason then the item strictly cannot be returned due to Hygiene reasons.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return it back to us within 7 days of receiving your returns number. All Returns must be in the brand New unused condition complete with all the original packaging including gift boxes and bags. Once we receive the return we will issue a refund of the purchase price or send the replacement. Please note that both the initial and the return postage is non refundable and we advise that you use recorded delivery services; we are not responsible for lost returns and cannot accept proof of postage.

  • Item(s) must be returned to us undamaged and in the new sellable condition or a refund will not be issued.
  • Additional Services such as Expedited Delivery are Non Refundable
  • Both the initial and return postal costs are non refundable.
  • All Item(s) must be returned with the original box and packaging or you will be charged for the box and/or gift bag which will be deducted from the refund total.
  • Fabric Hair Accessories are Strictly Non Returnable due to Hygiene Reasons.
  • Earrings, Body Jewellery, Tiaras & Hair Combs can only be returned if they are still sealed in the packet, once the seal is broken the return of this item is Strictly Void due to hygiene reasons.

Wrong Item Received – If you should receive an incorrect item then please contact us immediately so we can resolve the matter quickly.

Damaged Items on Receipt or within 7 days – Please contact us on receipt of the item or within 7 days so we can resolve the issue quickly.
