Payment Information
When making a purchase from Acosta Jewellery you can have confidence that payments are handled with the upmost safety and security. We do not store any credit or debit card details these are handled by our merchant payment processor Paypal on a secure encrypted connection. We accept most major credit and debit cards which include Visa, MasterCard, Electron, Solo and we also accept payments from holders of PayPal accounts.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch all items within 1 - 3 working days.  Next day delivery is available on orders placed before 1pm, sometimes this may not be possible and you will be notified should this occur and have the option to cancel your order.
Orders outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs charges and sales taxes these are not included in the price and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Cancellations
You reserve the right to cancel your order at anytime for a full refund prior to the dispatch, after this time you will need to return the item to us under the returns policy which can be found below.

Returns Policy
We have a 7 day no quibble money back guarantee on all items except for Earrings, Body Jewellery, Fabric Hair Accessories and Fascinators which are Non refundable unless they are faulty this is due to hygiene reasons. All Hair products must be returned back to us within 10 days and we must be informed within 3 working day of receipt, please ensure that the item does not come into contact with the hair.
 
If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason then please contact us within 7 days of receipt and return it back to us within 14 days of receipt in its brand new unused condition complete with all the original packaging for a full refund of the purchase price. Please note that both the initial and the return postage is non refundable and we advise that you use Recorded Delivery services, we are not responsible for lost returns and cannot accept proof of postage.
 
To return an order simply email us with a brief description of why the item is being returned along with your order number and we will issue you with a returns number.

Damaged Items
We check all our items before dispatch and package them well to avoid any damages to our jewellery during transit but if this should happen than please contact us via email atreturns@acostajewellery.co.uk or by phone within 48 hours of delivery to report any damages. Our customer service team will promptly replace or refund your item once we have received it back.

Acosta Jewellery and Crystallure are registered trademarks of Acosta Jewellery Limited.  Anybody found using these trademarks or logos without the prior written permission of Acosta Jewellery Limited will be subject to legal proceedings.  Any trademarks reproduced in this website which are not the property of or licensed to the website owner are acknowledged on this website.
